Hotel Kau Rio Serrano

My husband and I stayed at Kau Rio Serrano for six days recently and couldn’t have been more pleased. The hotel is stunning, the grounds are beautiful and the views are outstanding! The Huemul room(s) are bliss! Additionally, the staff are absolutely amazing! They were friendly, attentive and went out of their way to ensure all our wants and needs were met. Flo was an absolute pleasure! She topped the charts when it comes to customer service. We visited some of the other hotels in the area during our exploration of Torres del Paine. Kau Rio Serrano topped them all in regard to setting, ambience and overall feel. We couldn’t recommend a better place to stay!

I loved my experience at KAU. Peaceful setting, beautiful view of the river and mountains. Extremely kind and professional service. And, for a vegetarian, excellent food. I was not expecting to have such fresh and varied cuisine every night, and I was so happy after days of long treks and paddles to be fed so well. The rooms are comfortable, great bed, the showers hot and robust. It may take a minute for the hot water to reach your room, so be patient. The only thing to know is that the walls are a little thin in the bedrooms. Bring earplugs to ensure a very quiet experience if the hotel is full. Also, be careful walking on the boardwalk from the deck to the restaurant. There is blinding uplighting. Bring a small flashlight or your phone to make sure you don't miss a step like I did!

Qué lugar más acogedor, te sientes en casa! Ideal la ubicación para recorrer el parque, la entrada está a 10 minutos, las vistas al río serrano y los cuernos es impresionante! La decoración del hotel, la rica comida, las excursiones! MUY RECOMENDADO

Este lugar fue simplemente excepcional, todo perfecto sin nada malo que decir. La ubicación donde está el lugar, la habitación, el servicio y la comida era única. Realmente recomendamos este lugar que fue un placer alojarnos y ya estamos deseando volver. Está ubicado en el medio de la nada, pero con las vistas más hermosas y está cerca del parque nacional de Torres del Paine. Si quieres venir a la Patagonia, este es definitivamente el lugar donde quieres quedarte.
